The Koginut's are a small squash - sort of the size of acorn -- 1-2 lbs
Our Red Kuri's are on the smaller side - 1.5-2.5 lbs
The Butternuts & Winter Sweet (round green, outside) are larger and have a range of sizes, feel free to specify.
Butternut Squash has more of a sweet potato texture and is sweet and nutty tasting.
Red Curry Squash (red color) has a mild and sweet flavory with more of a creamy texture.
Winter Sweet Squash (greenish color) has more of an intense sweet flavor and is more dense with more of a pumpkin/potato texture
