  • The online market has 22 order pick-up dates from Nov. 19 thru April 15. The online market goes live on Thursday, Nov. 13, and will run through the last customer pickup on Wednesday, April 16, operating on the following weekly schedule:
    • Thursday through Monday: Our online store is open for ordering from 10 a.m. Thursday to 10 p.m. Monday. Vendors update orders that require truing up by weight as needed.
    • Tuesday: Vendors produce and gather each customer order,  and update product inventories online.
    • Wednesday: Vendors deliver bagged and tagged orders from 2-3 p.m. at Carrier Roasting Co., 17 East Street.  Customers pick up orders from Carrier from 5 to 6 p.m.
  • Seasonal Vendors are expected to vend at all 22 weekly markets.  Monthly Vendors are expected to vend at all markets during the month(s) signed up for.
  • All vendors are expected to keep their online product pages and inventories current.  If a vendor sells out of stock and it is no longer available, the item should be de-activated so it is not visible to customers.  Vendors should contact the Market Manager if they have any questions or need help to set up or maintain their online presence.
  • Vendors are expected to adhere to this schedule, unless other arrangements are made in advance with the market manager.  If for any reason a vendor cannot fulfill a customer order, the Market Manager must be contacted immediately.
