Tulsi Chai Tea

Lightfoot Farm Tulsi Chai Tea is made with our farm grown Kapoor Tulsi (when available), organic cinnamon sticks, organic cardamon pods, organic dried ginger root, cloves, non-GMO star anise, and peppercorns. Tulsli is known today as an adaptogen with antioxidant, neuroprotective, and stress reducing properties. One should be careful as Tulsi may reduce blood sugar levels and may also thin the blood. The spices in this tea add additional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. There is no caffeine. Tall tins contain 16 tea bags and short tins contain over one ounce of tea. Steep tea for 5 minutes and add your favorite sweetener and/or milk.
