Our delicious link sausages are made from our pastured, organically managed pigs. All are perfect to add to any lunch or dinner for an extra boost of flavor and protein.
As of this winter, we are working with a new processor for our sausage. This new package eliminates our styrofoam usage, which is a wonderful thing; however, with the elimination of the integrity that styrofoam sometimes adds to packaging, our sausage may look a little squished when you order them as they are now vacuum sealed. Do not be alarmed! They will reveal to be beautiful links upon freeing them from their packaging.
Our Vindaloo, Cajun, Maple Breakfast, and Franconian Bratwurst are all seasoned using organic spices from the Teeny Tiny Organic Spice Company!
