Our regenerative, pasture-raised & organically managed pork turned into a delightful British Banger with a Vermont twist and oh, so local! These are Case-less sausages. Bangers in the Buff if you will. They hold together well and no fussing or worrying about a burst casing.

Our pork is rotationally grazed on pasture and fully managed organically, including feeding all certified organic feed, though we are not certified.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up our whole pigs adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
Ingredients: Our pasture raised pork & stock with Red Hen organic bread & spices
They are shorter than a traditional cased sausage, 5 to the pack and .7-.8 lbs total
