Our regenerative, pasture-raised & organically managed pork turned into a delightful British Banger with a Vermont twist and oh, so local!
Packages vary in size from 3-7 bangers and .75 to just under 2 lbs. There are 3 size options listed, and feel free to put a note in if you are looking for a specific size. We let the packs have some variety as we know each meal has a variety of eaters!
Our pork is rotationally grazed on pasture and fully managed organically, including feeding all certified organic feed, though we are not certified.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up whole pigs adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
