Nitrate free Maple smoked bacon - yes, both! - from our pasture-raised pigs. Processed for us by Green Mountain Smokehouse in Windsor.
We feed our pigs 100% organic grain, veggies, apples and pasture. Our pigs are rotated to new pasture 1-2 times each week for their health, your health and the health of the land. Plus it means their fat is chock full of vitamin D!
We have "traditional" sliced bacon as well as slab bacon. Slabs of 1 lb bacon unsliced that are great for dicing, chunking or shredding into dishes. Occassionally we also have bacon ends, small chunks of bacon packed together from the ends of the slices. great for adding to beans or other dishes.
