PIZZA PIES! These small-batch, wood-fired pizzas are baked in our wood fired oven using a locally grown, certified organic flour. Toppings are local and/or organic where it makes sense, and ethically sourced otherwise. Pizzas are par-baked, and ready for you to heat and serve at home. Heat in a preheated 450-degree oven, skillet or on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes, until bubbling. These packaged pizzas are freezer-ready. Just thaw and reheat! Please note that we bake on Sundays, so please have your order in by Saturday evening. We often bake a few extras just in case, so you may be in luck if you don't get your order in by then.
