Sunshine Pickles

Another old family recipe from my grandmother. Made with cucumbers, red peppers and onions. These are a sweet pickle that look like sunshine due to their yellow color. I hadn't made them for a couple of years and my daughter tried them this fall and declared she now has a new favorite.
