Our regenerative, pasture-raised & organically managed pork turned into a delightful Sweet Italian Meatballs with a Vermont twist and oh, so local! These are ready to thaw & cook ---bonus, they are gluten free! And go great with Trenchers Farmhouse Local Pasta or a soup or snacks!
The number of meatballs in each package vary slightly as some meatballs are smaller and some larger. 9-12 meatballs per pack.
Our pork is rotationally grazed on pasture and fully managed organically, including feeding all certified organic feed, though we are not certified.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up our whole pigs that have been processed in a USDA facility & adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
Ingredients: Our pasture raised pork, onions, garlic & peppers with Field Stone Farm parsley, herbs & touch of Vermont red wine.
