Our hens are managed on pasture in season, rotating to new spots every few days, and we feed them soy-free organic grain. A small consolation to being without snow is that the hens have been grazing widely across the farm - thrilled to be on pasture! Treat yourself to some dark orange yolks from our Blue Plymouth Rocks
