This is our softest Shetland!
4 ounces of natural rich chocolate brown wool with light grey flecking, just gorgeous to handle. This roving is well suited to spinning lace weight yarn for feather-light projects.

This particular roving is from our Shetland ewe "Minna." Our flock is kept strictly for fiber and enjoyment; each of our sheep has a unique texture and color of wool as well as a distinct personality!

We shear our sheep each spring then send off the wool to be professionally cleaned and carded.
