Our pasture-raised pork turned into a delightful quick cooking Mexican(ish) Chroizo. We froze these in caseless small links so you have more flexibility. You can thaw or cook right from frozen, perfect for taco night, burritos, huevos, or just as they are!

Our pork is rotationally grazed on pasture and fully managed organically, including feeding all certified organic feed, though we are not certified.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up whole pigs adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
Ingredients: Our pasture raised pork, garlic, poblano peppers (dried to ancho) and anaheim peppers with Mexican oregano, salt, pepper, paprika & cumin in natural hog casing
