So delightful whether you choose it for a special meal, put it on the grill or slow cook it with middle eastern spices for pulling and adding to any number of dishes. So much lovely meat on these legs. Our Kathadins have a milder lamb flavor, perfect for all.
So wonderful to have our own lamb back and have had them grazing beautifully all summer! Legs range from 3.5-5.5 lbs, if you have a size preference feel free to to put it in the notes!
