Alsatian Christmas Sausage

We didn't get a chance to make it last year, but back for the holidays (though it is good all winter long!), our Alsatian Christmas Sausage. A simple pork sausage with the tastes of the holidays! It is a packed loose, in bulk, so you can form it into patties for a holiday snack or brunch or make mini-meatballs for an appetizer or work it into a baked dish!
Our pasture-raised & organically managed pork turned into a seasonal favorite.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up pork from our whole pigs that were processed at a USDA inspected facility and adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
Ingredients: Our pasture raised pork & baby ginger, organic spices (Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper)and a smidge of Silloway Maple Sugar.
