I am a home baker and have been selling my products through the Northfield Farmers Market for many years. I try to incorporate locally sourced products into my baking: Eggs from farms in Vermont, Cabot butter, Vermont Village or homemade applesauce, local apples, strawberries and carrots. I try very hard not to use use any aritificial flavors. There are no preservatives, in anything I make. Gluten free products are made before any wheat or other gluten containing flours are used, and have separate bowls, utensils and mixers.
