Set of two hand warmers.

These reusable hand warmers are perfect for keeping your hands warm during cooler weather. They are small enough to tuck into a coat or sweatshirt pocket and will hold heat for up to 30 minutes.

Each warmer is made of 100% cotton flannel and long grain rice. They are approximately 3” in size.

For heating: Place warmers in microwave and heat in 20-30 second intervals until desired temperature. Let cool for a few moments before use. BE CAREFUL. Do not overheat.

You can also use these warmers as coolers, perfect for small pains such as scrapes or toothaches.

For cooling: Place warmers in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
