This tea is made with our farm grown lemon balm, skullcap, and lavender and we add purchased stevia. These herbs are known to have a calming effect on the nervous system and to help induce sleep. No caffeine. Tall tins contain 16 tea bags and short tins contain approx. 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea (16 servings).
