Daybreak is a thirst quenching, fruity blend of lightly floral oolong, tart hibiscus, cooling mint, and citrusy lemongrass.
If you're unfamiliar with oolong, it is a tea between green and black tea that can have a range of flavor depending on the oxidation. The oolong we use is lightly oxidized, possessing a delicate and sweet floral taste.
Blender’s Recommendation: We find Daybreak to be equally refreshing and enjoyable both hot or cold. If hot, enjoy one long steep or multiple, shorter steeps, with the first being brief and the second longer, ensuring the leaves have fully opened.
